“I have had my stuff stored here for many many many years! (Like over 30!) the place is always clean and tidy and secure. I have never gone in and seen even one piece of trash lying around. Units are nicely painted and kept nice-looking. My unit is big and I never had an issue with anything being wrong. The security at the front gate is very secure - you need a passcode and the area is totally fenced so without the code, you’re not getting in. Gates always work and I’ve never had an issue with them.Employees who work here are wonderful. I have dealt with Omar before, and more recently Steven. Both men have been helpful, nice and extremely professional. Steven called be back when he said he would, and I very much appreciate that.I hope I don’t need my stuff stored for another 30 years, but if I do — I’m confident it is well cared for. Thank you Extra Space!”

“Amazing movers! They were recommended by my realtor. I had 30 years of collectibles, art, fine china, etc. It was all moved with the greatest of care. I hired them to pack and move me. They were super dependable. They showed up on time and with everything they needed and had me packed and ready to go ahead of schedule.They go above and beyond. They understand the stress of moving and stay calm and understanding throughout the process. The best part for me was after the move and they were no longer under any obligation, they continued to take my calls and the owner has what must be a photographic memory, to remember what box was left where. All the boxes were clearly and intuitively marked making it easy to locate things upon arrival. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!!!”

“My experience here has always been top-notch. From buying boxes (I buy a lot for construction), to renting vans and small to mid-sized box trucks, it's always been a pleasure. Typically in and out in a reasonable amount of time.I will say, the experience with this store is vastly different from the majority of the other Uhaul employees in Miami. Especially their central dispatch. They're rude and unaccommodating, especially if you need to extend your rental during a busy time period, like on a weekend. I once tried extending, the dispatch flat out said no. My wife called and got an operator in Spanish who then pleaded her case to dispatch and got the extension worked out. But I hate feeling like I have to suq someone off to get them to do what they should be doing already...”
