“My experience here has always been top-notch. From buying boxes (I buy a lot for construction), to renting vans and small to mid-sized box trucks, it's always been a pleasure. Typically in and out in a reasonable amount of time.I will say, the experience with this store is vastly different from the majority of the other Uhaul employees in Miami. Especially their central dispatch. They're rude and unaccommodating, especially if you need to extend your rental during a busy time period, like on a weekend. I once tried extending, the dispatch flat out said no. My wife called and got an operator in Spanish who then pleaded her case to dispatch and got the extension worked out. But I hate feeling like I have to suq someone off to get them to do what they should be doing already...”

“I LOVE Homestead Suburban Propane!! I am sorry I did not take the time to write this review years ago. This company has INTEGRITY, the story isn't clear any longer, however, they sent all of their customers a sizable check a few years ago!! When does that ever happen? Plus, when they are at my home they sometimes have to fight wasp nests and fend off giant lizards, etc., all with a great attitude. If I have a BBQ propane tank or two that needs filling that gets taken care of as well! When a hurricane threatens they contact ME! Now that's service.If you find the need to call you'll always be helped by a local. For me that's a big deal, excuse me Mr. Clinton, and Pres. Biden, I like the USA.
