“My wife and I went to Tropical Financial Credit Union (Kendall Office) to get a receipt showing that our 2010 Lexus RX350 Car Loan (2009-2015) had been Paid in Full. We were in the process of selling our 2010 Lexus RX350 and needed that information to document that there were no liens on the car. Sofia helped us and she was fantastic. She listened carefully, researched our accounts records and was able to provide us with the balance statement on the loan showing it was fully paid for.In addition, she went beyond the scope of our request and printed us a copy of the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles records showing No Liens on our Lexus Vehicle Identification Number.Sophia was pleasant, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. I possessed an out-of-state driver's license but currently resided in Miami and attended the University of Miami. Once I walked into US Century bank at the Dadeland location, the staff's swift handling of my case was impeccable. I walked into the bank, was immediately seated with Nancy and I provided all the necessary documentation needed to open the account. She called the back office for approval and it was all completed swiftly and efficiently. There were no run arounds, asking for extraneous unnecessary documentation, hold times, wait times, nothing. The building was clean, there was available parking, and there is an ATM available for use. Nancy who helped me open my account was exceedingly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was even provided with a few sample checks at no charge. I admit, I have only been a customer for less than a day but as of right now, I am highly pleased with their service and would definitely recommend this branch over any of the big bank corporations.”
