They have always displayed professionalism in my case. Whether there is 1 or 3 personal at the counter. Customer service is A+++

Why is the postal service forwarding vote by mail ballots. Clearly states DO NOT FOWARD. Sadly this encourages voter fraud.

I don't know what exactly constitutes as a 5-star USPS office but the team members seemed really nice and helped me politely. The only down side I had was the wait time as it's atrocious, but at most they have 3 workers working at one time to service a long line of people.
