“Had a package deemed "undeliverable" and was instructed by USPS customer service to stop by the Lillian Hwy branch to see if it was there. The situation didn't look great because of how much time had passed since the package was initially delivered, but the kind workers there searched through all the packages they had and were able to locate mine. Another kind postal worker there helped me find the front of the building when I accidentally parked in the back (thanks Google maps).It may not have been a huge deal, but I greatly appreciated their dedication and help.”
