“How do I even begin to review this magnificent person named Ashley. I bought a 3 ½ pound malthese from her on 12/2/23, and my entire experience from the moment I stepped into her shop until today has been extremely pleasant. There were two other people in her shop that bought puppies and she patiently took care of all of us at the same time and did so with dignity. She was not rushing me to decide which malthese to purchase, as there were two that caught my attention. She took care of her three clients in a very respectful manner and answered all my questions. She made me feel as I was the only person in her shop. She took the time to explain every aspect of taking care of my Gigi as she was only 11 weeks old. She is very knowledgeable, charismatic, honest, and very down-to-earth.She sends us home with a care/kit, which included a pet carrier (approved by airlines), a blanket, food, hair bows, and a puppy shopping list.Ashley deeply cares about her puppies after the purchase (this is not just a business for her ) as she follows up with you from the moment you get home with your puppy and continues texting and asking you how things are going with your puppy for many weeks thereafter.I highly recommend buying a puppy from Ashley, you won’t regret it…Ashley, thank you so much for caring so deeply not only for the well-being of your clients but also for your puppies. Though different owners, the owner at this establishment was extremely friendly and accomodating. We were so happy they found our dogs information in the system, the Groomer ( her name starts with C) was amazing!!! she was gentle with our elderly pom and did a great cut on him. The price is also great :) We cannot wait to bring our other doggie and continue to use your services :)”

Took our Pebbles there for a premium wash, Michael was super cool and helpful with everything, got us the shampoos, conditioner and Blueberry face wash which I always seen on TikTok ?. Getting information and pricing was clear and concise and they were able to help make sure I had the best transporter possible for my babies! It is nerve-wracking being away from my babies let alone trusting someone else to transport them across the country but I got updates daily and knew they were in great hands! I was so surprised how quickly and safely they arrived! I couldn't recommend Pet Travel Transport more!”

“I always bring my two Shiba's here for their nail trims. While these dogs are notorious for being combative during nail jobs, the grooming staff has some kind of connection with them. My dogs don't fight and make a sound during the trimming. Grooming staff is always fast and courteous.”
