I bought a 3 ½ pound malthese from her on 12/2/23, and my entire experience from the moment I stepped into her shop until today has been extremely pleasant. There were two other people in her shop that bought puppies and she patiently took care of all of us at the same time and did so with dignity. She was not rushing me to decide which malthese to purchase, as there were two that caught my attention. She took care of her three clients in a very respectful manner and answered all my questions. She made me feel as I was the only person in her shop. She took the time to explain every aspect of taking care of my Gigi as she was only 11 weeks old. She is very knowledgeable, charismatic, honest, and very down-to-earth.She sends us home with a care/kit, which included a pet carrier (approved by airlines), a blanket, food, hair bows, and a puppy shopping list.Ashley deeply cares about her puppies after the purchase (this is not just a business for her ) as she follows up with you from the moment you get home with your puppy and continues texting and asking you how things are going with your puppy for many weeks thereafter.I highly recommend buying a puppy from Ashley, you won’t regret it…Ashley, thank you so much for caring so deeply not only for the well-being of your clients but also for your puppies. Store #101 on Federal Hwy is by far the best experience.Proving once again that "people" are the difference makers, 2 OVER THE TOP employees named Valeria and Madisyn run this huge retail storefront, they personalize every customer's experience, and with their stellar knowledge of product the customer walks in and walks out better for their dedication and commitment to excellence.I'm so overwhelmed with these 2, that I am personally contacting management at every level so they know that when a person represents a company in this manner it is the example to follow throughout the company.They will probaly go on to better careers deservedly, but if you happen to shop at this store I assure you-you will notice the difference when people care and more importantly see what that looks like.”

“Shane is the man. I've been working with him since 2016 and I can't trust anyone else. He's done multiple flawless moves as well as upgrades and maintenance for my reef tank. He's more knowledgeable than a Marine Scientist. I highly recommend 247 Aquariums.”
“Reading some of the other -- pretty wild -- reviews, I think that before I say anything about this LFS, I mention that there are three reef aquarium shops within a mile or so of each other. I have been to all three and have no issue with any of them. That being said, Exotic Aquatic is the brightest store with easy to read printed labels for fish and corals. They also have some amazing display pieces which to me is a sign of healthy systems. While I prefer live rock from another area store, this store has amazing looking frags, small colonies, and clown fish. Given the well lit set up, you can really get a good look at the frags ahead of buying -- which I really appreciated. I ended up getting a frag. I followed WWC's recent advice on acclamation (squirt some salt water on the base to clean off any hitchhikers, hold off on dipping to avoid stressing the new guy out and place plug in the sand bed in lowest lit area to let the coral adjust). The only hitchhiker I found was a feather duster worm which was very cool (also even if a unpleasant hitchhiker came along I wouldn't get upset we are playing with the wild oceans people!). I will certainly be coming back for some more frags and clownfish.”
“I'm leaving a review particularly after seeing the rating. While I am a new customer and one of the two employees I dealt with was also new on staff, I can't say enough how helpful they were. And how well they managed to handle all my questions and the adoption of my new little kitty on top of running a store which got quite busy sometimes. There was a gentleman there servicing all of the tanks and fish, also an employee, as an aquarium enthusiast the conditions looked healthy. Kody and Nicole went out of their way to make sure I felt well taken care of. I don't usually write reviews, but anyone can have a bad day and any business can go through a tough time with their staff/customer service. I didn't find this to be the case on my first (but certainly not last) visit. I would highly recommend”
