Not pushy or demanding in anyway and was so knowledgeable about the trucks features it didn't take me long to know this was the truck for me. This is a perfect example of why folks don't trust auto dealerships. Charging $800 or $899 for a "Documentation Fee"?? That is a totally bogus charge! I feel for the folks that paid such a ridiculous charge. Despicable

There was a complete lack of communication and transparency in my experience with this dealership. I will find somewhere else to service my Nissan. The problem was exppained in detail and advised what had been done to fix it. 8 Days later and I'm still hoping they fixed it.
