They called me after about an hour and told me what they 100%had to get done today to keep me safe while driving and what I could wait on. I had my car back by 12:30. “I went last week to get a new battery. I was greeted and helped by Santiago at the desk inside. Yes, the side door is locked and has a big sign that tells you to go inside through the main door. Due to the overwhelming amount of thieves in this town, they had to lock the door. One way in and one way out.Back to Santiago. He gets 5 stars from me for his excellent customer service and his ability to keep his composure whilst helping multiple customers. He came out front and got my car, had the battery replaced and settled my bill, and then returned my car to me in the pull through in under an hour. Good job Santiago, and thanks to your crew for getting me back on the road in a very short amount of time.”
