“We had been looking at RAV4's after losing our last car in an accident. Giovani met us while looking at a model that we saw in their online inventory. He was pleasant, professional, a good listener, answered questions and provided options that helped us make a decision. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. My wife and I became quite frustrated with the amount of time it took to buy a used car with cash. It took 10 minutes to decide on the car, and 3 and 1/2 hours to sign papers, write a check and dive off with the car, that's way too much time.”

“The lady in the front desk (Taja Dalton) is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of what she does - she deserves a bonus or promotion! she hooked me up with a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe ! This was a pleasant consolation coming in so late and tired (1:00 am) as our flight to Panama City Beach FL got delayed so many times. We really enjoyed this Wrangler - we even took the roof out (can be easily removed) one time for a joy ride. I look forward to a similar great experience on our next rental.”

She made the obligatory counter stop pleasant and worked to get me a car that was a nice fit (jeep grand Cherokee). Most importantly she was incredibly kind and greeted me with a genuine smile. I’ve been on road with work for three weeks and it was much appreciated. Kim is a great ambassador for your brand!”
“With other agencies I have incurred many problems. AVIS is the best. I will not deal with anyone else when renting for personal use. I've had a competitor try and charge me for damages all over a vehicle when I was involved in a fender bender. I could not believe they tried to get every nick, ding, and scratch fixed on a vehicle when the only damage that I was responsible for was a dented left rear corner panel. It was unbelievable. Avis has my business. I really am hoping that the company that I just joined and am going to travel with for 48 weeks a year contracts AVIS.. Hundreds of members travel for this company. As a matter of fact I'm renting an AVIS car today for my wife to take my mother on vacation since I will be working this year.”

“Returned car dirty on outside cause it was raining and it's a beach filled car and completed cleaned out car at gas station . Charged 400 dollars for outside cleaning . Cs said we smoked in car we don't smoke .spoke to manager and cleared up . Refunded money”
