“I am not sure if these reviews are seen by managers in these actual locations or not but just in case I would like to give a shout out to Kim at the ECP location! I am a local who rents from this location for work and often the lines are rediculous for our small airport and never the less Kim always has a smile on her face and always manages to put me in the right rental even though I am not able to go out and choose my own vehicle like at larger airports. This is is extremely important to me because based on the type of job I am doing my requirments change which is why I love being executive. Finally Kim also serves another invaluable part of my trip, by ensuring I leave with a smile and that my work trip is starting out on the right foot, because to often the wrong car or an unfriendly employee just crushes the rest of my day and makes for a very long travel day!”

“We had been looking at RAV4's after losing our last car in an accident. Giovani met us while looking at a model that we saw in their online inventory. He was pleasant, professional, a good listener, answered questions and provided options that helped us make a decision. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. My wife and I became quite frustrated with the amount of time it took to buy a used car with cash. It took 10 minutes to decide on the car, and 3 and 1/2 hours to sign papers, write a check and dive off with the car, that's way too much time.”
