“This review is about a car rental on March 16-17, 2022, PCB-Miami. My husband and I had made the reservation through Priceline and there were cars available for pick up only after 10am. However, we needed to leave PCB very early in the morning of March, the 16th, in order to arrive in Miami before dark. So, we decided to go check personally with the closest Budget store, which was 8027 Front Beach Rd. We talked to Brandon, the clerk, and he told us that we could even get the car the night before as long as there was availabity. Instead of calling him the day before the trip as we had agreed, we decided to go there again, in person. This time he was still more helpful and attentive. So, yes, yes, yes, there was a car available, thanks God! But also thanks to Brandon's attentiveness and helpfulness. We were so grateful for his excellent job that it didn't seem enough to say thank you very much. So, I thought that the best way would be by thanking him publicly, as I am doing now. Brandon, again, Rémi and I really appreciate your commitment to your work of serving well Budget clients! Congratulations!”
