She could have been like everyone else and said “I can’t help you” (like the woman I talked to from the Cortez location) but she didn’t, she listened, worked diligently, pulled whatever strings she needed to, and got my issue fixed in a timely manner. “Needed a new refrigerator and went to American Freight. Huge selection and staff very helpful in assisting without pressure. Ended up saving $800 on unit with some slight blemishes which are easily hidden. Company they used for delivery were very friendly and professional.”

“I love Dan’s Fan City. We needed quite a few ceiling fans for our new home and found out about Dan’s online. I liked the reviews, so my husband and I decided to pay them a visit.Upon entering the store, we were welcomed by Misty, who was extremely knowledgeable and, very friendly. FYI, she’s usually on duty on weekends, including Friday. She was so kind and helpful, that we instantly became customers. She explained the pros and cons of each fan that we liked. And she recommended fans based on which room they would go into. She really saved me a lot of work because her knowledge helped immensely in deciding which fan to put in each room.The fans we selected had a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them, which was fantastic. I don’t know if that’s the case for every fan in the store, but we recently had the opportunity to test this out. It’s been over a year since we purchased our fans, and one of the models, of which we purchased two, was having issues. Both fans were doing the same thing so we called Dan’s Fans and Joe (I think that was his name), who was just as kind and helpful as Misty, told us to bring them back to the store so that they could test them. We had purchased 5 ceiling fans, and my husband had installed all the fans himself, so taking them down and bringing them back to the store wasn’t a problem.Joe called us after they were finished with their testing. From his description of what he found out about the fans, I truly believe he did a very thorough job with his testing. He explained that those fans had a fault in them and they’d be happy to change them out for different models.We returned to the store, and, once again, our dear friend Misty was there to help select the replacement fans. She was just as thorough as before and we came away with two new ceiling fans that have been working perfectly since my husband installed them. Dan’s Fans has customers for life in me and my husband. And we both recommend them very highly.”

Being a (retired) small business owner I always like to shop small family owned business where I am not just an invoice #. I drive from Sarasota and there is a good reason- Rices appreciates their customers and know the meaning of the service, not just during the sale but after. Thanx again Peggy, In this day and age of huge corporations it is very hard to find company's that employ truly kind and helpful people. I will continue shopping here. last part of review was from years ago.. rundown of my exerience: called Paul with model numbers of what I wanted. Told him specs of my cabinet to make sure range hood would fit. he said yes it will fit. Installerers arrived and the hood doesnt fit- they can modify for additional charge. I was pissed to say the least. well come to find out they dont even make hoods to fit my old style cabinet anymore- Paul and I both looked and looked.( By the way, he was out of town when this took place and the manager personally worked with me.) anyway i payed the upcharge and it looks beautiful. i will buy from paul again (i cant be mad at him for not sending me something that no longer exists!) let me tell you the installers are amazing. Marco with PSI did an outstanding job. So over all this was a positive experience- good company, beautiful appliances- great price and installers, great service. “Pretty easy rental..tools were clean..in great shape..and worked well..exceeded my expectations..the cement saw..battery powered hitachi..was a beast..had to charge batteries twice..but was a decent length cut..it chewed thru the cement like a hot knife thru butter..the hilti jackhammer/breaker..did a great job too..would rent again..only reason didn't give 5 stars was took a long time to get checked out..”

“I've gotten all of my sewing machines and a couple of vacuums from this location and any time I have had a question I have gotten a quick answer / resolution (if I was trouble shooting as most of the time I am the issue).I recently had to get my Janome repaired and Joe has been great with not only repairing my machine but helping me figure out how to avoid issues and ensure my machine works properly for years to come!I know sometimes they are a bit busy and I am glad to know that my patience always pays off. Joe always answers my questions and helps me figure out what I need. I appreciate that he takes the time to troubleshoot with me and if he doesn't know the answer he always finds out and gets back to me. That's why it's the only place I'll go for my domestic machines!”

“I got a washer and dryer from here very helpfull the guy named Tony was the best he pretty much made the sale the best prices in town and I drive around that day to see if I could find any place but as soon as I got there I fell in love with the one they has I the corner for only 200 it was a steal and I got a uhule trailer and it was a sale it works sooooo good for us it is the perfect thing we needed the best people in town hands down definitely going back to pic up some of the double door Fridges they have”
