“Where do I begin. My darling Mary Jane (MJ) terrier who is 14 years, woke up with an injured swollen eye. I contacted a few vets and all said they couldn’t take in that morning. I called Callusa Crossing and Maria was able to fit me in. I told her I needed to be back to work by 11:30am. From the moment I came they took MJ to the exam room and was greeted by Zack. He was very kind and came right down to MJ’s level to look at her eye. He listened and explained every step. Dr. Courtney was very gentle with Mj and explained her condition thoroughly to me. He made me feel comfortable and gave me a treatment plan. He gave me hope that MJ will heal. The center is so clean, they are all professional. Mj had a slight accident while they drew her blood and one of the young lady techs brought her to me cleaned up. They are all so caring and you can trust them. Finally found an excellent vet that I can trust and are reasonable and thorough in them examining MJ. If your looking for a caring, professional staff, clean environment, and they listen to you. Yes I was out of there just in time to get to work.”

“I am beyond happy with my experience here!!! My girl has a vet that I'm happy with, but she needed a complicated surgery that her vet had never performed. I called Quail Roost, and they informed me that the vet does perform it but had to evaluate her first. They are SO great!!! Everyone is so nice! Dr. Guerrero is amaaaziiing! He took me to the back the first day, showed me her X-rays, and explained the procedure. I called to schedule the surgery, and they fit me in right away. They said I could call during the day to check on her, and they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was ok. When I went to pick her up, both the staff and the vet explained the meds and gave me instructions. Dr. Guerrero took me to the back to show me new X-rays and go into detail about why her surgery was complicated. I was freaking out, but he sounded so confident that I felt reassured that she was in good hands. Dr. Guerrero is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Afterwards, he carried my fat girl to the car and placed her down gently. He performed a tail amputation and a spay, and I'm very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them for any of your pet's medical needs. Tesha thanks you all for the attention and care received!”

“Today I was referred to this clinic/emergency hospital and it was the best decision i could have done. My dog had been vomiting since last night and couldn't hold anything down. They immediately took us in and thoroughly examined my fur baby. Xrays confirmed he hadn't eaten anything he wasn't suppose to, lol. Prices are very fair, specially for an emergency visit. I highly recommend and will continue taking my babies to Dr. Alvarez for continue care an check ups . The staff was attentive and great, the front desk secretary was even concerned that I felt bad because she walked in and asked if I wanted some water because I looked like I was going to faint and I was just so worried that my baby had ingested something dangerous.
