“I love this bank. The personal customer service and the people who work there are why. I've never had a bank I would recommend, but these people are fantastic. They greet me by name, no other bank has ever remembered who I was. Also set me up with a credit building loan, that has already bumped my credit up after just a few months.”

“I have only been to this branch twice but both interactions were pleasant. The last person to attend to me was Jade Hudson, I pay my car loan with her and it was a quick and painless experience. Very different from the transactions at the St. Petersburg branch on 4th st. There, I feel I was treated like a scum bag. They are very rude, I went there to make payments and because it was my wife's loan they did not want to deal with me. Each time was a problem. I would never go back to this bank because of this.”
