“I can personally say I have banked at a few places, and this particular branch does go out of its way to make it personal. I would attribute that to Michelle Baldwin the VP of this branch. If I need something, especially something done quickly (both personally and business related), it is all hands on deck. I had a need the other day and I was reached out by not 1, not 2, but 3 different people from the teller to the top of the branch to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction and that goes a long way for me. I would recommend Michelle and Synovus as a branch that cares about their customers and wants to make sure you feel like you are not just a number, but a valued client.”
