Horrible. Walked in and they Wrote my name down and told me 20 minutes. I was coming to do a simple name change. They took forever and didn't check in once. It has now been over an hour but I don't want to leave now because I will have water an hour of my life for nothing. Horrible customer service.

This is the slowest service I have ever had. Awful. I am ready to switch. For the love of God, hire people already!!!!
