Bought a new case and screen protector and will go to this location anytime I need service or something for my cell phone needs. Jon was fantastic and was very courteous. “GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days. Well, long story short, the TV was fine, Eddie charged us Nothing, like he said, because and the problem ended up being the new Chromecast we bought! Eddie's customer service is Amazing and in this day and time, extremely Rare. Thank you, Eddie, you saved us a lot of money, because we didn't need to buy another TV!”
