The first consultant identified it was probably a hardware issue, but could not determine the extent. He recommended SOSFix. SOSFix was able to determine the issue was limited to a damaged SSD drive. He ordered a replacement, installed it and formatted it. He worked around my schedule. Without his assistance I might have replaced my entire computer.”

“GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days. Well, long story short, the TV was fine, Eddie charged us Nothing, like he said, because and the problem ended up being the new Chromecast we bought! Eddie's customer service is Amazing and in this day and time, extremely Rare. Thank you, Eddie, you saved us a lot of money, because we didn't need to buy another TV!”

I was worried when he had to take part of the TV to the shop and he had to order the parts but he promised that he would have it repaired before the Super Bowl. He called me back and ask me the model of my Panasonic and it was determined that it was a plasma set and would be costly to repair and take time to get the parts. He saved me the cost of $45 And I greatly appreciate his honesty and would recommend him to others.”

“Dropped my projector off for one issue, was told they didn't do anything and it works fine. Was told on the way out, "hopefully your screen isn't smaller since I adjusted that knob that you mentioned was broken."The knob was also supposed to be fixed but wasn't. I did it myself after a YouTube video once I got home so I'm not sure why they couldn't fix this.Get home and my screen size is now stuck permanently it would seem to 54" smaller than when I brought it in. Now it says they are closed but there isn't a voice-mail to leave a message. Hopefully I'll be contacted back by this.*edited because they called and refunded me my fee”
