“6-18-24 ADDENDUM. Patrick solved two very difficult computer issues for me. One with Outlook affecting two PCs (which involved Spectrum's changes to their system), the other an MS Word issue (Bookmark tool, important to me as a writer) affecting another PC.

He DOGGEDLY researched the issues on the Web and applied it to creating effective solutions. He spent at least two-plus hours on these issues. Problems solved! I'm back in business. Hardware or software -- he is the best.

A big-box retailer was going to charge $200 ($100 for each computer). Patrick's charge was $60, more than reasonable for the time, effort, and solution. I am, once again, very happy with Patrick and Zone Red.

“I don't normally shop furniture at lease/rent to own places but this Buddy's was so close to home and I was in need of a sofa and loveseat. Many choices, sizes and styles were available and very affordable. Frank, the GM at the Tarpon Springs store was so helpful, informative, patient and kind!!! He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions! I ended up leasing to buy a gorgeous blue sofa, loveseat and 4 matching throw pillows. Their delivery is included. Please whether you are leasing or buying do not hesitate to stop in.”

“Never do curbside pickup from this store. They took 24 hours to assemble a chair and then when I went to pick it up the employee basically refused (another just stood there staring at us) to help me get it into my car and almost dropped it, bc she wasn’t actually lifting it at all, which caused me to hurt my back to catch it. This employee also admitted upon my entering the store “she’ll be with me in a minute because she hasn’t even clocked in yet because someone else called out” with MAJOR ATTITUDE. I also called numerous times about the status of my assembly & the phone was never answered. Extremely disappointing.
**EDIT**, I am updating my 1 star to 4; I was reached out to by multiple people from their customer experience department, everyone from the friendly Paige to corporate level employees. The store manager personally called me to apologize for what happened and said this was absolutely something that never should have occurred, he also mailed me a $25 gift card. THIS is true customer service & I will continue to be a loyal Office Depot shopper due to how this was handled. Thank you Office Depot!”
