I can always find the item I am looking for. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.

I think overall the staff in this store is very helpful. It's my regular OD store. The manager was busy with rearranging the store (probably a task that came down from above) but was happy to help me select a product to meet my needs. I like the people who work there.
