“Outstanding, Honest and Kind. My front bumper was knocked loose by hitting decorative curbing in my driveway. I could not put it back in place and expected it to be a very costly job. I remembered that my husband used this company years ago for a repair and really liked the work. I felt compelled to go there and drove all the way from Trinity (Passing several other shops along the way). I wish I got the name of the person who helped me but he was so kind. Within minutes he took my car in the back and the tech fixed it right on the spot! I was stunned when they did not charge me! So grateful to have such kindness when I expected a big expense. “No issues. I was surprised that a new car with 20k miles need to have its brake fluid changed. My service rep kept me informed went we went over the estimated service time. I like that, I hate to be kept in the dark.
Update: went in for and oil change and cars where stacked up during check in. I assumed it was going to be a long morning. They did the service and still had me out in around one hour.
Side note: This was the first time I have not be screamed at by the ones checking you in. I have pulled in the check in garage and I have been screamed at to turn off the car. I turn off the car. It has not been one minute and I get screamed at again to start the car and pull up and cut the car off. The last time i told the check in person, you just told me to cut the car off. The garage doors were open and doesn't the catalytic converter covert the dangerous gases into safe gases? I understand if you do not want to inhale the exhaust gases, but if your garage doors are open with a breeze blowing though the garage chill or maybe a different job.”
“I used to go to tidal wave auto spa and i Thought I was getting a good deal, but then I found out about the Blue Lagoon and this service is way better!! Vacuums are amazing and they dry your car for you, they also have an automatic mat machine that washes and drys in seconds. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!”

“We purchased a couple of used vehicles here before they moved to the new facility. In July 2023 My son needed a newer used car since his 2009 Civic was in bad shape. We found a pristine 2015 Hyundai Elantra at Palm Harbor Honda with only 50K miles on it. The price was extremely competitive to many other dealers we looked at in the area. There were some very small areas where the paint faded and they had a professional painter repaint those areas with perfection at no cost. Then my sons battery died after about 40 days and they replaced it at no cost. They even went above and beyond to get the brake light switch fixed on a Friday late afternoon so my son could have his car for the weekend. Kirsten in the service department was outstanding! Thank you for such a great experience and superb customer service.”
