“I just had the most wonderful experience at this oil change place at about 6:00 tonight. There were three young men there and their names are Jeremy, Omar, and Justin. These were the nicest most courteous and professional young men I've met in a long time. Not only did they not try to sell me something I didn't need but told me I had a couple things wrong that they couldn't fix I'd have to take it to another shop, but they called me sir and I just can't get over how kind they were I just can't and it's refreshing after a long day at work to be treated so nice and so good. Any question I had they answered and if they didn't know they told me. They were very fast and efficient and safe in fact they called out signals to each other to make sure there were no leaks, to make sure everything was clear, to make sure everything was safe for me to pull out of the Bay where they worked at. If I could give these young men in the oil change that they performed more stars I would sure do it and I will definitely be going back and my suggestion to anyone out there reading this if you want a good experience and kind people and professional stop at this place and get your oil changed I guarantee you it's an experience you've never had before at Old change place. “Bill gets to the core of the problem and fixes it so that it stays fixed. Not too long ago I took my car to another shop that was closer. Big mistake. That shop told me I needed a new engine. Instead of believing that to be true, I took my car back to Bill and he found what was going on for the cost of $700 instead of $5000 for a new engine. Bill is trustworthy and professional. He knows what he's doing. He takes extra time to explain to you what he did and why and how to maintain your vehicle so that it stays in good running shape. “I just moved here from Indiana a month ago. My car has seen plenty snow & overall was in a dark spot since previous owner didn’t take that good of care of it & needed money for lots of repairs. It’s a 5.7 Hemi with 107k miles & was losing hope with it. I mean it was just a lemon since I got it. It took multiple shops in IN & two here, to find out what the engine light was really on for. Wasted $500 on an ECM part it didn’t need but a couple shops thought it did.. I found Brandon on facebook marketplace & after meeting up he was able to find AND fix the issue in 2 days for cheap, it was a relief to say the least!! He tested several wires & took his own time to figure it out which I truly appreciate!! They are well experienced & aren’t out there to be shady like other shops.They want your business!! They’re good people. I’m very happy & satisfied with their services, I’ll definitely be coming back soon.”

“Best experience with a body shop that I’ve ever had.Dropped our car off on Monday and by that same Thursday it was ready to come home. We got a new bumper, reverse light housing, exhaust, and paint done. Throughout, the receptionist gave us a call to update us on the process on the car, we really appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and communication. When the vehicle was returned, they had vacuumed and wiped the interior.Will recommend and return if I need their services in the future. Was told that it is a $100 fee per day if the vehicle is not picked up same day the work is completed, so that is to keep in mind.”
“They’re the best! Honest and affordable.I called what seemed like every mechanic in the area to compare prices, and they were the cheapest. I wasn’t 100% sure that I knew what was wrong with my car, but I was ready to throw parts at it on a hail mary because every other place charges so much for diagnosing the issue properly. He could’ve totally taken advantage of that and just did what I asked initially in hopes that I’d pay more to diagnose after. Instead he offered to diagnose it, at no extra cost, before putting any parts on to confirm that it would really fix the issue. It did end up needing another part that was easy to do at the same time as the other ones. So he saved me hundreds of dollars in labor by not having to do it in separate trips.I’m literally recommending them to everyone I know in the area!! (I took a stack of business cards to hand out lol, I’m so serious)”
