“My twin sister and I had car trouble and limped off I95 in Palm Coast on Friday the 13th. We called this number that said they had 24 hour roadside assistance. Two young men showed up to help. They put their computers on the engine and diagnosed it as a transmission problem. Since the car was drivable, they lead us to a nearby hotel for the night. These young men could have taken advantage of our bad situation but did not. I can't say enough nice things about the service they provided.”
“Engine light came on our truck, while hooked to our camper on our way out on a much needed get away. We didn’t know if we should chance it or not. Called Mike Nailor in the service department- he was amazing! Squeezed us in, thank God, found out had we gone it would have been bad. He searched for the part and had it fixed and picked it up the next morning. Mike showed how much he cares. We love you Mike, we are so glad you are out service guy! “My vehicle broke down on I-95 S just before exit 289/Palm Coast, FL, while traveling for vacation. It was after business hours, so my tow dropped it off at their business. Raphy called me back first thing the following morning & began to work on the repairs: serpentine belt, water pump, thermostat & 2 pulleys. They had fair labor & part costs, & they got the job done in a timely manner! They were honest & kind, & they explained everything to me. I am very grateful for their work & assistance. I had to take the car in for service but they got me in during the same week that I called. I waited for it where they had coffee and they got the windshield placed within about an hour! I'm impressed and highly recommend them. Waaayyy better than Safelite and great value!”
“Needed service they offered to pick up and deliver my vehicle or come to me and service it. I had them come to me using their new mobile service. I was busy that day but they called to remind me I left my key inside the truck they did the needed work and sent the bill right to me on my phone where I paid.
