Samantha R. is hands down the best rep I had in a very long time. She was patient, humble, knowledgeable, and caring. She made sure I knew how to get connected to the 1-800-xfinity rep if I needed more when I got home. Definitely would recommend a raise for her. Hope this get to the higher ups.

They had me wait for 45 minutes for them to have me fill out a money order only for them to tell me that they don't accept money orders. Shady operation. Absolutely ridiculous. I told them I did not want to deal with the express pay kyosk only for them to take me over to it when it was my turn and work it for me. Where are the registers? I don't understand. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Completely dissatisfied. I'm going to switch to Verizon.

Cancelled my account and returned the equipment last month and they just billed me for service from the day after my account was closed through the end of the current month. Spent an hour on the phone to reverse the charges. Hopefully next month they won’t try to bill me again. What can you expect.

They are the worst employees I have ever seen. They don't know how to convey any correct information. Be smart and look for another store to solve your problems!!!

If I could do ZERO stars I would. First, they charged me $100 after they told me a certain service would be free. Then they only give me a $60 credit on my account after I asked them multiple times and they consented multiple times to giving me the full $100 credit. THEN the customer support agent asked me if i wanted to upgrade my internet speed for "free". I said no. I had someone call me today to ask how my "faster" internet is going. I go to check my bill and not only did they not remove the $100 they were supposed to, they CHARGED ME $92 for the faster internet, after i said i didn't want it. I am bringing in all the equipment saturday and requesting a full refund. This company is horrendous.

I went in this Saturday November 25th to talk about my plan, the gentleman told me he needed to speak with his boss about my plan, and some changes etc and I would be called the next day as a Sunday wasn’t an issue, I never got called so before I went to work I called on Monday, then Tuesday and was promised the gentleman would call me this afternoon, it never happened again let down . I at this point I’m will call first thing am and if I don’t get my plan organized I will end up calling Brian L Roberts the CEO and emailing him, for the years I’ve been with Comcast/Xfinity and not having a lot of time and the Saturday I went to the store it should have been sorted out. To add a lot of time the wifi is down, or slow and I’m on the fastest speed ..So the service from the store to the wifi is a shambles ..I tried again, and ended up calling cooperate CEO office got the help went to get a new modem, was told it would be ready, now I’m waiting for 5 ppl ahead of me which advised might be a long wait l. Ridiculous!!!!

Very nice store! Maria was so helpful. She helped us get my elderly dad an upgraded modem and found ways we could save money on the account for him. Excellent service.

Samantha is a fabulous sales rep at Xfinity. She is personable knowledgeable, and willing to take the extra steps to ensure that everything is done correctly, and to your satisfaction. She eliminated all stress related to switching phone services. Samantha made sure that the phones purchased met our needs and completely set up our new phones.

i have had the worst experience with xifinity the last few months—after i left my extremely abusive EX i moved and transferred services. I have recently not been able to get on the APP and view a bill. it is under my ex’s name by accident—a mistake on xfinity’s end. which they admitted to.we went to the store off donald ross and the manager CAPRISE told us nothing they can do, its in my exes name and that we need to just get a lawyer and sue them. She had the nastiest attitude, was disrespectful and did not care in the slightest what my situation was. I am paying for two services i do not have at home. 135$ a month for low grade internet. The store basically told my fiancée and i to go screw ourselves.I was not even able to cancel my services. This store basically said…”keep paying an amount you arent supposed to, we dont care if you cant view a bill and go get a lawyer if you want to do something about it.”

Great experience. Came to return a pod. Was told I couldn’t bc it was purchased online not in store. Explained the UPS label link didn’t work. Gave me a solution and issue resolved in five minutes. Awesome stuff

I have only had Xfinity internet service for 3 weeks and I’m extremely disappointed.I initially signed up via chat because I wasn’t able to do so myself online for some reason. The agent did not listen to my request (TWICE) to not ship the equipment, I would be picking it up because I was moving. The equipment was delivered before I moved to my apartment.The agent also ordered a mobile device, of which I told him I did not need. He said I could just cancel it within 14 days. I brought the UNOPENED device to the Xfinity store in PBG on 7/9, I am having a HELL of a time receiving my full refund. How does Xfinity charge a “restocking fee” for an unopened device???Now, I am sitting here with no internet because of a little lightning. I had AT&T for 4 years, we’ve been through bad thunderstorms and never lost service.I would really like to cancel my service.

Impossible to be worse ! Spent 3( THREE!) hours here yesterday, only to learn nothing was done correctly. Returned next day and NOBODY had the vaguest idea how to cancel the damage done yesterday. Manager incompetent as is the staff.

For anybody considering Xfinity - just talked to 4 CS reps on the other side of this planet to try to solve a billing issue. The frustrating part is 4 reps with bad English - fun part is when the CS’s rooster (!!!) wakes up and he’s louder than the rep ? ( guessing the girl works off a farm 12 time zones away and she has farm animals, god bless her ) You yell, but nope, girl can’t hear you as the bird is louder…so the only thing you can do is yell long enough to get the manager which you do get eventually after about 30 minutes. So ironically they do offer entertainment for your money ? this circus of a company…

The store at Alton is a nightmare. Just tried to return a box and had to wait 15 minutes while 4 staff members were goofing off. Just bought my first Roku TV and love it. The whole world should do it and put Xfinity out of business
