Samantha R. is hands down the best rep I had in a very long time. She was patient, humble, knowledgeable, and caring. She made sure I knew how to get connected to the 1-800-xfinity rep if I needed more when I got home. Definitely would recommend a raise for her. Hope this get to the higher ups.

Cancelled my account and returned the equipment last month and they just billed me for service from the day after my account was closed through the end of the current month. Spent an hour on the phone to reverse the charges. Hopefully next month they won’t try to bill me again. What can you expect.

They are the worst employees I have ever seen. They don't know how to convey any correct information. Be smart and look for another store to solve your problems!!!
