My whole overall experience with Xfinity has been terrible! I canceled a mogul line and ordered a new phone, I talked to multiple customer service representatives they must not add notes. They charge me for two phones and two lines. I have one phone and one line! The lady at the store was helpful. I thought the problem was resolved after she got the manager to help when I checked, my app I saw that I was being charged for two cell phones and two lines! So overall, after hours on the phone with customer service representatives telling me different things every time I talk to a new representative and nothing was resolved. I had to drive to the store that helped me. It was very nice and promised everything was fixed, but it was not. I am very disappointed I have been a loyal customer for over six years! I’m ready to cancel my service. I want my money refunded that I was promised for the phone that I never received and I want my bill fixed immediately! Have had so many problems with Xfinity I’ve had enough.

Absolute worst customer service from this entire company! Website was down for days and online customer service is pathetic! Changing back to Verizon! Go anywhere but here, what a nightmare experience trying to get a new phone!

THEY TRANSFERED INFO FROM TWO OLD PHONES TO TWO NEW PHONES.. USING 3 GIGS OF MY DATA RATHER THAN WIFI. THAT'S PRETTY PATHETIC?

Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other internet provider other than Xfinity. They’ll give you an instal date and time and then leave you waiting 6+ hours for the instal, only to never show up, or give you ANY kind of update whatsoever. Biggest waste of time, energy & money.
It’s also next to impossible to speak with an actual human to get any sort of resolve, and IF by chance you do reach someone, they give little or next to no information or context with your case. They will tell you that they use a third party company for installs and can’t actually reach any of the installers.
If I’m booking a service through a service provider ( Xfinity ), I’d expect them to be able to contact that person if they never showed up for the installation THEY BOOKED. They make it entirely your problem, with no resolution, when it is in fact their problem to solve.
This is not a service provider who cares about their customers. Find someone else and save yourself the headache and wasted day.

I took my non-functioning modem to the Xfinity store. When I got there, the greeter told me that, “it’s good you brought that one in because that model is a decade old. We replacing all of them by the end of the year.” He say my wait would be 5 minutes, but it was actually 28 minutes, whatever. When I got to an actual Service person, he took the old broken modem right away and brought out the exact same model that the greeter just told me was outdated and going to be replaced. When I told him that he said “oh,” and brought out the new model. I specifically asked him, “Do I have all the cords that I need to set this up?” And he said “yes”. No I didn’t. I had to return to the store a second time to get the cable.

Terrible.. walked in and had our names taken down. Then a man walked in after. They took him first. We finally got with a service rep and he was awful. We wanted to put our 2 separate lines on 1 plan. Took him an hour and a phone call to xfinity to finally say your all set and asked us to leave. We were still on separate plans and neither of us got any confirmation emails. Must be this store because psl has great customer service

They get an extra star for sturdy service in the area. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THOUGH. any time you need help, plan a minimum hour of your day on their phone system. Absolutely horrible, unhelpful, and complete waste of time.

XFINITY/ Comcast is the most difficult company when it comes to speaking to a live agent, which is VERY frustrating. When calling to cancel my account after 10 years of service I asked wheather or not I was under a contact, the rep. reassured me that I wasn't but, yet I was still charged cancelation fees. After spending a hour on the phone, the agent said they would reverse the charges and refund my account, didn't happen. This companies right hand doesn't no what the left hand is doing (sort of speak) One person says one thing and the other says something else.. They truly need better training. Be aware of the lies and deception.
