But Tony helped us anyway, he was extremely kind, polite and professional. He was terrific under pressure. Greeted us with a smile that never left his face. This is the best post office in miles !”

“I had a choice of which Post Office to go to and decided to try this location. Yes, parking is an issue so I'm guessing the local carriers park in the same lot - BAD idea! I have back issues so have a handicapped placard and fortunately that spot was open.Both clerks were busy but pleasant as they expedited waiting on people. My clerk was very understanding as I had left my readers behind and pointed to where I needed to fill to out info. Much appreciated.I will return. Sorry others are having so much difficulty. Bad optics USPS. Answer your phone and use care in delivering packages!”

“The ladies behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. 2 different days of trying to get packages sent to Germany. After 4 failures in two other post offices, they were very helpful with customs information and we were able to send one of the two packages to Germany. I went back the next day and they practically bent over backwards to help again. Customs coding to Europe is difficult but they made an impossible task seem easy. Many thanks to the staff of the Jupiter Post office!!!!”

“I came into the post office to process my passport and had the great luck when I met Tanisha in the passport department. From the beginning she was very helpful beyond what one would expect. She was patient and attentive as I expressed I was under a time crunch. I was having a problem obtaining my birth certificate in a timely fashion. She worked with me by showing me where to apply on line and she made the process easier. She looked over my paperwork and advised and educated my in other areas that would expedite my paperwork.The entire time I’ve interacted with her, she was so kind and helpful. She gave me great advice throughout the process and her demeanor was upbeat and friendly. She expressed amazing customer service and in the end I was able to get my passport issued.”
“I have been the passport agent at this location for 4 or 5 years. I am so sorry for the ones that had a bad experience with getting your passport done at this location but there is supposed to be more than one person doing passports at each location.
