But Tony helped us anyway, he was extremely kind, polite and professional. He was terrific under pressure. Greeted us with a smile that never left his face. This is the best post office in miles !”

“It’s a small, understaffed PO. Usually just one person trying to help a long line of people! They do a great job! You never see anyone standing around, as you do at PBG PO. I go there regularly to drop off packages, and they’re always pleasant. Maybe the extra staff at PBG PO should help out NPB PO?”
