“A small second-floor office by the elevator where you can get in and out pretty quickly - there is a check-in station and the girl there (Rochelle) calls you in after a few minutes.. she's very friendly and always has a smile and a kind word to assuage any fears you may have.. I don't like getting needles poked in me, but she does a really good job of making things go smoothly and quickly.. and the result come back really fast, I was surprised..”
