He was explaining everything he was doing word for word, not yelling. My son’s nose started to bleed and he didn’t lose his patience, he was so helpful and helped clean it up. This is proper bed side manner. Thankyou for being so patient with us.”

She also took all the time she needed and did not rush through trying to push me out to move on to another patient.
