“This job took way to long to complete. This was not the problem with John S. This was because the job was addressed 3 times before the problem was solved. 1st repairman did not solve the problem by replacing the Pump Motor. Then John S came and ordered more parts and we waited way to long after we received the parts and parts were installed and the problem was not solved!!!! Then John S returned and ordered more parts and we received the parts and we waited way to long for John S to come back and install the parts the 2nd time after the 3rd service appointment. This is way to long for a service customer to wait for an integral appliance in a Kitchen to be unusable. Something must be done to streamline the repair process so the service customer does not have to wait for 3 or 4 weeks to get their appliance fixed. The process takes way to long.”
