“I sent Tony the board from my GE wine cooler. He fixed it the same day he received it and promptly mailed it back the next day. He is very fair in his charges and even includes the return postage. When I received the board and installed it my wine cooler, it didn't work. I called Tony and told him this. I really expected him to say, "Sorry that is your problem as I completely rebuilt your board." Instead, he said, "Let me let me do some research on your model of wine cooler." A few minutes later he texted me some information about things to try. Miraculously, the wine cooler started working on its own. I guess it just needed to be plugged in for awhile. It's been working great ever since. Tony's customer service is excellent. I give Board Busterz a well-deserved 5 stars!!”

All 3 have provided great service and have allowed me to continue my surface Pro 6 "to keep on ticking, even though I can give it a licking!" I highly recommend Geek Squad's membership as my last 2 visits were covered and I was not required to pay. The best part is the membership is national so it travels with you. That was so handy while traveling throughThe Ozarks in Arkansas. However my store location is now the Palm Beach Gardens store. Since they moved to their new location, I have found the service has improved significantly by the greeter both at Best Buy & Geek Squad. From the greeter, to the salesperson, to the tech, they are courteous, professional, and appear to enjoy what they do. Thank you Alfie, Jon G for your assistance in getting my computer fixed.
