Don’t arrive within 5 minutes of closing time. They’ll already have the door locked, eh waiting by the service exit, and tell through the door that the system is already down.

Received a solicitation call to the business. The operator refused to get off the phone when requested and after told to remove from calling list. The call was pure harassment and a waste of my time.

This company sucks. I am going not renew the contract for this community. It is impossible to contact a person. This community of almost 11,000 people, has been without t.v for 3 days
