“This place is great as will build you a golf cart and/or maintain the one you have! Jimmy, the owner, is not only a golf cart mechanic but he treats his customers like family and truly cares about what he’s doing to your cart. He does repairs in a timely manner and will come to your house to do them or take the cart to his shop if needed. He can make your cart street legal as well. I highly recommend Jimmy and Perfect Day Golf Carts!”
“When my phone screen just went black I panicked a little because me being irresponsible, I hadn't backed up my phone in over 2 years. My dog just passed away unexpectedly at 4 and my grandma is very ill with primary progressive aphasia so I was terrified I was about to lose the last 2 years of their lives in photos. I first went to the apple store because I thought they could help me get my pictures. They opened my phone up and told me it was unsalvageable and I would have to purchase a new one but I can turn mine in for a $300 credit. I told them no, took my broken phone back and cried the whole way home. The next day I went into batteries plus and spoke with Brad, explained the situation and he was very reassuring, he promised he would do whatever he could. He told me to come back in 2 hours and when I picked up my phone it was as good as new. He took pictures of the inside of my phone and there was no rust or water damage whatsoever. He saved all of my pictures of my angel dog and my grandma and I am FOREVER GRATEFUL. I will never trust the Apple store again with a simple repair. Batteries Plus and Brad will always be my very first stop from here on out. I added a picture of my dog I would have never gotten back. Thank you so much!”

“I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with John, the Assistant Manager at O'Reilly on North Military. I visited the store after encountering issues with my car battery. When I asked John for assistance, he promptly came out to assess the situation and informed me that my terminals needed to be changed. Although he couldn't replace them due to liability reasons, he went above and beyond by guiding me and my 15-year-old son on how to make the repair. John provided the necessary tools and parts, showcasing his extensive knowledge and educating us on the do's and don'ts, all while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and humorous. Despite it being the end of his long shift, he demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate his assistance. It's evident why he's the manager of this location. Kudos for having employees like John who genuinely want to help customers in their time of need.”

“I'm from the Volusia county area and when I got into Jupiter my truck was running a little ruff at idle. I opened the hood and found some acid corrosion at the battery terminals. Luckily I bought the battery from O'Reilly and called the number on the battery to find out it was still under warranty for a free replacement. I wasn't sure if it would be a smooth interaction because some vendors seem to give you a hard time about warranties on parts.I met with Diego at this store and gave him my phone number and a little Info on the trucks make/model. He had the replacement battery in stock and swapped it out for me in no time. He was very polite and had an amazing attitude.If I'm ever in the area with car troubles I will be sure to come see Diego for help.Thanks!”
