Tried to get a slip in NPB to no avail. Anchored in N Lake Worth anchorage and Will personally delivered the 3 batteries to Publix near dinghy area. Great service with a smile. I visited the store after encountering issues with my car battery. When I asked John for assistance, he promptly came out to assess the situation and informed me that my terminals needed to be changed. Although he couldn't replace them due to liability reasons, he went above and beyond by guiding me and my 15-year-old son on how to make the repair. John provided the necessary tools and parts, showcasing his extensive knowledge and educating us on the do's and don'ts, all while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and humorous. Despite it being the end of his long shift, he demonstrated exceptional customer service, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate his assistance. It's evident why he's the manager of this location. Kudos for having employees like John who genuinely want to help customers in their time of need.”
