“When I reserved my storage didn't realize that it was contactless until I went to pay. I've used that facility twice before so that was a little different. But very easy to use their kiosk. A few days later before I even took any belongings there your representative Chelsie called to make sure I hadn't had any problems. Asking if there were any questions I may have and reassured me that even though it was contactless that someone could be available on site if needed. She was very professional and courteous during our whole conversation. The only issue for me is that I work nights and 10 pm is to early to close access to the facility. But that's just my personal schedule. I think that this experience will be as great as my previous ones.Thank you”

“I normally don’t leave reviews but I just believe this place deserves one from me. I went through a rough patch and got a few months behind but have been with them years. They were so patient and understanding and it reminded me of the years when customers mattered. In this day and age in the corporate world you don’t see this anymore. I was able to pay in full and they were so pleasant during those rough months after a near fatal car wreck that my 17 year old went through that caused me to miss much work at the time and get behind. Thank you Kim and the sweet lady up front for being a part of this community!”
