“They have recently remodeled and have a couple keeping it clean. New change machine as well. Also they changed the business hours. Don't know if it's 24/7 or not but it appears that way. Very clean and comfortable environment that the owner checks on regularly. Noone wants to go to the laundry matt but they have made major improvements to make it tolerable.”
“Fair Prices, Good Size Washer/Driers. Very clean, calm atmosphere. They have a vending machine I looked at the prices which aren't too bad tbh .75 being the lowest & If I'm not incorrect I think $1-2 max highest. Bathroom is nice and clean and the Lady is really nice :).”
“Showed up late and the attendant allowed me to come on in and dry my clothes. She definitely didn't have to but she did. Very nice young lady. Definitely will continue to use this place.”
“Phenomenal job. I literally had a really bad stain on one of my pants, and It's no longer there anymore . I don't know how they managed that . Also, they were able to attach the button I broke off on my favorite dress shirt . And to top it off, the people were incredibly kind. Both in person and over the phone . All in all, this was a pleasant experience.”

“This is one popular laundromat! I do my laundry there, and it is a great place to get your laundry done quickly. Large capacity machines and excellent dryers make this a must. If you’re in town visiting and need a place to do your laundry, this is your place! They are conveniently open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for all your laundry needs. They are on a busy street in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located by a grocery store if you need to buy washing detergent, softener, or dryer sheets, and also the laundromat has those things inside if your needs are small. With soap, dryer sheet, and softener vending machines available to meet your needs! And it’s nice and cool inside from air conditioning (you’d expect it to be hotter because of the dryers…but it’s pleasantly comfortable inside).”

“I when in to dry my clothes and I was standing in front of the dryer when this little lady in a nurse outfit accused me of stealing her and instead of trying to help me the attendant accused me of taking it and said she didn't see me bring it in I'm quite sure there's cameras to ensure that that was mine but because I'm a nice person I gave the lady the white basket I hope whoever took hers sees this I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it was a horrible experience I don't steal I wouldn't go back they get a zero for me”
“Clean facility, friendly staff. Plenty of appropriately-sized washers and dryers for a family of 4 or larger, like mine. I drive from Milton, Florida to use this laundromat, as the one we have here in town is falling apart. Only qualm is no working bathroom, and the change-machine gives whole-dollar coins instead of quarters to use for laundry (which don't always work in the machines). Overall, very satisfied, will return soon!”
“As a college student 9 hours away from home, it is often difficult to find businesses that actually are concerned with your success as a student or your overall well-being. Many just want the few dollars you have in your pocket and thank you for your business, but not genuinely. I have utilized the services here at 9 Mile Cleaners for several months now and have always been very satisfied. I went in today to have a button on my suit repaired for an upcoming interview. The customer service experience I had was like none other. Bernadette asked me to hold on a minute while she helped the customer in line behind me. Not a couple minutes later, but a couple seconds later, she and another employee, Rosada, brought out a thread and needle and actually showed me how to sew the button back on myself. It took 2 minutes of their time and I felt special that they took time out of their busy schedule to teach me such a valuable skill to possess when I marry someone's son one day or for my own repertoire. That is what I call excellent customer service and that is why I continue to come back. Crystal, another employee there, is also a reason I come back because she is very attentive to my needs unlike other dry cleaners I've been to in Pensacola in the past. I'm a student wanting to be a successful graduate and 9 Mile Cleaners, I believe, wants me to be too!”
