“My hubby & I hadn’t needed a laundromat since 1978, but you never know when life throws you that curveball! We had a one time need last week & decided on The Clothes Bin. Lily took excellent care & patience to assist me when we first arrived and even was kind enough to listen to some of my husband’s and my own LIFE stories!!?. It was obvious that some of her “regulars” had such a deep respect & fondness for Lily.??. What could have seemed like a really boring CHORE turned into another of our positively enjoyable & entertaining experiences, which I doubt would’ve been the same had we chosen a different laundromat that day. “No issues. Quick, cheap, clean. Drop-off service is top notch...$1.50 per pound, but worth it. Just wish they had a monthly membership to give a returning customer a discount or something...I think the attendant there name is Michelle??? She awesome. Helped with my clothes what washers to use or dryers and kept an eye on them while I went to the store. Thanks!!!”

“I when in to dry my clothes and I was standing in front of the dryer when this little lady in a nurse outfit accused me of stealing her and instead of trying to help me the attendant accused me of taking it and said she didn't see me bring it in I'm quite sure there's cameras to ensure that that was mine but because I'm a nice person I gave the lady the white basket I hope whoever took hers sees this I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it was a horrible experience I don't steal I wouldn't go back they get a zero for me”
