“My family and I searched high and low for a community for my dad. This was not a easy process due to the fact that he was not ready to leave his house. I knew we were going to have a long road ahead of us. Needless to say my husband and I ventured out to start looking at communities. We were instantly greeted as if we were already part of the family. We first met with Steve, he was so insightful, and it didn’t hurt that He was from NJ as were my parents. He put our minds at ease and really made this process feel like a walk in the park. However, we had one last challenge and that was selling my father on Tuscan. As expected, Steve nailed it. My dad and Steve hit it off. Not only did my father hit it off with Steve, there was another lady,Trista who was so helpful and took her time with my father. My father had a few financial questions, she was so patient with him while explaining the break down on how things work. I want to thank the other staff at Tuscan Gardens as well. “The Main Street bank branch has an ATM behind the building by the parking lot. It's a drive through ATM. I walk to it all the time. I can also deposit and withdraw inside the bank with no issues or fees. Bank personnel are very kind and helpful. Bank has very peaceful pleasant vibes. App Alerts are a bit late but it's a small bank.”
