“If you ever feel like Customer Service is a lost art, then you have never dealt with Sarah and the staff at Precision. We recently had quite a bit of work done on one of our cars. Sarah was in constant contact with updates on what the team found wrong and estimates to repair. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, to provide quality work, and to give us the best possible price. Highly recommend!”

“Honestly, such a seamless and easy experience. You guys rock. I had the brakes, rotors, and an oil change done on my Ford Edge. This place is so clean and everyone’s friendly. Jeff helped me understand all the options and made the process super simple. They have a complementary shuttle service too. They dropped me right off to my apartment and picked me up as soon as it was ready. The driver, Izzy, was super cool and even fun to talk to. Auto shops usually intimidate me but here they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. My car is running great and they got it done fast, texting updates every step of the way. So grateful for this experience. Will definitely be back. ??”

“They were amazing and not just because they fixed my car and explained things to me and spoke to me with understanding and with a real human connection but when my son broke his arm today on our way to the shop to pick up the car they picked us up and the real genuine concern, compassion, and empathy they showed me and my son proves that faith in real humanity can be restored. He, George, got out of the car helped my son, consoled and calmed me down. I will forever be grateful for your kindness. Thank you for everything!”

“This is the best kind of auto repair shops: an independent old school one. It’s a breath of fresh air after dealing with chains. The mechanics clearly know what they’re doing. Plus, they allow you inside, which gives you an extra level of confidence. Big props to Alvin’s Auto Repair! ”

Owner is very thoughtful and kind. I am very glad I met him and got to talk with him in my life timeline. This auto shop doesn’t do ripoff just like any other auto stores. Your money and time is saved here.”

“I have a Jaguar XK8, which is an antique British car that I wouldn't let go to a normal Firestone for. I used to go to another shop but after their work was unsatisfactory I called around and someone told me to try Bob Sellers. Located in a business park, it doesn't look fancy on the outside, but once you get closer you'll know you got to the right place. Outside there's a bunch of jaguars lying around, but inside they have lifts full of E-types and all kinds of fancy antique cars. They got this giant rotating saw which I found cool. The owner, Bob seller has been servicing Jaguars for 40+ years and it feels like he knows my car inside out. I had a bushing problem that I spent $4000 in this other shop to find out, only for it to still be there. Bob recognized it and diagnosed it in 2 seconds. I've been going back there ever since, and he's taken great care of my Jaguar. These guys actually care about how your car ends up, not to mention their service is great! 100/10 recommend”

“Had a cammed LS swapped C1500 with a 4L60e that went kapoot! Steve got me in and out in less than a week with a nicely built unit. Bringing them my Dodge Ram 8/19/24 to also get a transmission build. Fair price and quick work!”

“I was told my transmission was going bad. I took it to AAMCO and John couldn't find anything wrong. Since I know squat about cars he could have taken me for a lot of money but he didn't. It's nice to see there are still honest people in the world. I highly recommend this place!”
