“My Jeep Grand Cherokee wouldn’t start while I was visiting Dayton Beach and I had to have it towed to George’s repair shop. From the beginning George was very communicative, keeping me up to date on his investigation. As it turned out, the Jeep started on George’s first, and subsequent attempts and he was never able to reproduce the crank (but not start problem). He did so much research and analysis on the vehicle and came up with a theory, and explained that theory to me in order to let any future mechanics know if the problem ever reoccurred. Rather than charge me to replace parts that didn’t need replacing (like a fuel pump $$$), George was honest and told me he was not able to reproduce the symptoms. “The staff at Walt's were awesome! 10 stars if they were available. My son had a blown engine and we were not in town to see to the repairs. They could easily have taken advantage of the situation and charge us thousands, 10k to 15k to be exact. Instead, they were honest, resourceful and empathetic. They made us aware that the issue was the result of a recall and should be covered by that or the warranty. It's great find a good mechanic and a honest one at that, so I highly recommend them.”

“I have a Jaguar XK8, which is an antique British car that I wouldn't let go to a normal Firestone for. I used to go to another shop but after their work was unsatisfactory I called around and someone told me to try Bob Sellers. Located in a business park, it doesn't look fancy on the outside, but once you get closer you'll know you got to the right place. Outside there's a bunch of jaguars lying around, but inside they have lifts full of E-types and all kinds of fancy antique cars. They got this giant rotating saw which I found cool. The owner, Bob seller has been servicing Jaguars for 40+ years and it feels like he knows my car inside out. I had a bushing problem that I spent $4000 in this other shop to find out, only for it to still be there. Bob recognized it and diagnosed it in 2 seconds. I've been going back there ever since, and he's taken great care of my Jaguar. These guys actually care about how your car ends up, not to mention their service is great! 100/10 recommend”

“I didn't take my car here, but I did call to get some information and had a really nice experience with the staff there.First, when I called, the technician Mike was on another call and the kind woman who answered the phone assured me he would give me a call back. Within 10 minutes he gave me a call and even apologized for the wait, which was unnecessary but appreciated. He then proceeded to listen and hear me out as I explained all the various issues going on with my car, and offered any applicable feedback he could. Ultimately he was forthright with telling me that the issues my car is having are likely electrical and probably best to be seen by another shop, which he then provided the contact information for. He could've easily said "bring it in and we'll take a look at it", costing me time and money for a problem he knew they likely couldn't fix; I genuinely and sincerely appreciate the honesty and ethical business practice I experienced on this 9-minute phone call and would not hesitate to bring my car to them in the future for any transmission issues, as he explained that is their primary expertise.
