Horrible! Online transaction went through 3 times for $175 due to a system error, my bill was less than $70. I disputed 2 transactions and now they are charging me $30 per transaction. So unfortunate to do business with companies like this one.

Do better wirh your customer service!!!!!! Yall were having tech problems supposedly and i was told to call back go thru all the BS prompts!!!!! Why couldn't your call center call me back. They would call looking for your number. People just dont have respect or no how to do customer service anymore!! Do better

We were alerted to a gas leak on a Saturday night. We called Teco and workers were sent out immediately! Maurice and Alex arrived and they could not have been more polite and helpful. They spent time to fix the issue and explained everything to us. 5 stars for customer service!
