I have been a customer since 2013 and lately customer service hold times are horrendous. I can hardly ever get through. Right now, as I write this, I am on hold on both my cell phone and using my google voice number. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. What and the flying f***??? SERIOUSLY! This is unacceptable!

Sometimes you get what you pay for. Othertimes you regret not spending the couple extra bucks on a company that knows what its doing. That doesnt damage your stuff, or that might delivery the correct boxes.This company is a mess. Run!

Been great so far except for one minor detail - they gave me the wrong pod box with stuff that belongs to someone else! Big whoops!I loo forward to changing my one star review based upon the prompt response. Balls in your court.
