Excellent customer service! Had a new gas line for our stove put in. Yes it took a while however it was because of the permits and waiting on an electrician for bonding. Both crews that came out were fantastic from workmanship to clean up. Amazing customer service!

Sucks, sucks, sucks, sucks so f'ing slow, wait 10 minutes in line then 20 minutes at the pump, terrible customer service employee constantly yelling at customers.

I cannot thank Sam's Gas enough for their excellent service! Kristin went above and beyond. She is one of the most helpful and professional people that I have come across in a long time.
