The tour was great. Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t have enough closet space for me. Other than that, the apartment was nice and close to shops and Universal.

Recently my husband and I did a tour with the leasing agent Yoci , best tour amazing costumer service and made us feel like home, she even remember the little details I wanted, super surprised. She is amazing.

Rent increases are obnoxious, garbage frequently gets piled up multiple times a year, the maintenence team is great, which is why they got 2 stars but the property upkeep and how they handle outside contracts is horrible, landscaping is mediocre at best. Not worth the amount they charge at all.
