Lived here since 2021, and wouldn't move anywhere else downtown. Good maintenance and concierge, and convenient for everything downtown

We had a tour with Kobe, he was very kind and super patient with all of our questions, the complex its beautiful, great amenities, the common areas were super clean, the views of downtown are amazing. If you love to live in the very center of downtown this is the place to be.

We have been living here for 2 years now. With any apartment building there are going to be ups and downs but the management team here is one of the best! The 24/7 concierge team is unbeatable. The building stays safe around the clock and we barely ever have any issues. We refuse to live at any other building Downtown Orlando.
