I been with Att since 11/22 my experience when I signed up I felt like I made the worst mistake, because the representative that helped made me was compassion, the answer I got from her was always an unsure response and I felt rushed, but Russell J I just have to say that my 2nd experience was the best I ever had since I started my service with Att. Russell did a phenomenonal job with not only assisting me, but was very informative, cared about what I wanted , listened and answer every question with compassion. If Russell J isn't a manager with your company he definitely needed to be one he was a True example of what great customer service looks like!”

“On August 3, 2024, my daughter and I went to the AT&T store on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park for information on bundle packages for cell phones, wi fi, and direct TV. Upon entering, we were greeted with great customer service and smiles. Ashley answered all our questions. But, we couldn’t strike a deal until Sunday. Ashley texted us the next day to say she was there early. Unfortunately, we arrived an hour later and the store was packed with customers. Ashley was the only one working. We waited about 30 minutes but in that time, she multi tasked and assisted the customers in a timely manner to avoid them to wait. As she was assisting us getting our new phones, she did the same. I am very pleased with the customer service we received from Ashley and will only go to the if she is working. She knows her stuff and helps her customers with satisfaction. I know I’m very satisfied with Ashley and I highly recommend her to friends if they were to switch to AT&T. Great job, Ashley!”

“I was impressed by this target. My family and I were shopping the day after Christmas. Their Christmas selection was at least 50% off decor and 30% off food. We stocked up on Christmas decorations for next year and then shopped the women's clothes where we picked out a fun sweater at a decent price. Even though the store was busy, we didn't have to wait in line at the checkout, and the employees were friendly and supplied us with gift receipts. There's also a Starbucks located inside if you need a pick me up.”

During the rushing around and shopping like a chicken with its head cut off, it was refreshing to bring my Christmas gifts to the checkout line of such a warm and witty person like Theresa. :0) My cart was filled to the top at the closing of the store. While some clerks would growl and make you feel guilty for getting into their line, Theresa stayed pleasant and provided true Customer Service during ringing up my 3 hours worth of accumulated joy for family and friends and I'm truly grateful for her Holiday Spirit and CHEER! Hoping Management at this Blanding Blvd. Walmart takes the time to acknowledge those on their staff that goes above and beyond in doing their daily work routine! She even tied my 2 rolls of wrapping paper together, so they weren't left loose while traveling from the store to my car-EXTRA attentive to assisting the customers!!! “This T-Mobile store is effectively run and very customer friendly. The team member who helped me Nikko was very knowledgeable . I had a lot of issues to handle and he helped me with it all. I even decided to buy a new phone while there and he got me set up! Kudos to David and his entire team!”

“Moe was extremely good to deal with. She gave me a good package deal where I got a free tablet on a promotion and is so kind and helpful. I was paying a lot more with my previous carrier and she saved me about 35 dollars monthly and now I don't just have a cellphone... I have a tablet and a brand new cellphone. Go see her. Usually she is at the Collins store near Wal Mart as a manager, but she was filling in at this location for the manager who is usually there.
Even when I was nervous about my purchase after... She reassured me everything would be fixed and it was. Thank you Moe!”

“Came here on Memorial Day, Christian took care of in under 30 mins setting up a new line and phone! He was so quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very personable as well made the whole process enjoyable. We will be coming back to him when we upgrade our phones in a couple months! It’s people like Christian who still value the customer in retail!”

“I arrived at the store 5 minutes before the store closed on a Friday night to pick up my online order. I felt horrible about coming in at the last minute thought that the employees would be upset with me. The employees were not mad or upset at all! MARLON and Niko maybe? I can’t remember the other guys name that was closing with MARLON. But WOW! They were both very kind and helpful. I loved that Niko (I don’t think I have his name correct but I couldn’t not mention him) was helping close up the store while Marlon helped me return my trade in, pick out a case, put the glass and case on the new phone for us, etc etc. He even went to the back to check if a specific case we were looking for was back there! I mean he just went above and beyond to help me and my son. So once we were done those guys could go home. Marlon was very informative and so nice and patient the entire time we were there. I will never go to any other Verizon other than this store from now on! MARLON AND NIKO YOU TWO ARE AMAZING AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU BOTH NEXT TIME!!”
