Booked a car this morning, ubered to car center, they did not have the car class they confirmed in reservation, would not honor booking, tried to upsell me to a less appealing ride for an extra $180

If the owner of this franchise reads this, please hire another person to clean the vehicles. You have your sales guys doing this and it creates huge delays.

Made a reservation did not have the car available tried to give me a more expensive one.
No other option given and didn't care that I wasted time and money going over.
Place looked dirty and abandoned.
Just a bad experience from arriving to leaving.
