I found all of this to be true when working with Jason recently. My desktop computer crashed, and the mother board was severely damaged. The hard drive contained all my business records for 7 years – so yeah, really valuable data.Jason’s first attempt to find the data was unsuccessful. But he did not give up and did some deep scans and after a week he was able to recover all of the data. Jason’s customer service in a word; Tenacious. He just wouldn’t give up. I am so grateful for his knowledge and capabilities.”

“This is a small, local, family-owned business. Robert, the owner, is a great guy to work with! I've been buying laptops from him for the past 4 years or so. He usually has a good selection of used laptops (as well as plenty of new) and he's always fair in his pricing and tries to work with me to get me what I ask for and can afford. I appreciate that he doesn't try to upsell me on specs I don't need, and he will even advise me to wait if I can, if he has a good sale coming up or better models coming in soon. He gives me his honest opinion on various models and will sometimes tell me a cheaper model is a better fit for my needs, so I know he is not just trying to get money out of me. He also always offers to load free software on units I purchase before I leave the shop.Both Robert and his wife are friendly, honest, hardworking people, and I love supporting a mom & pop shop with my dollars! I will definitely continue to shop here for all my computer needs!”
