There was an issue with the quality of the product I ordered so someone called me personally before they shipped it out. Asked if it was OK to send the product or if I wanted something different and even adjusted the price to reflect the casing scratches that caused the quality downgrade. I accepted the offer to still receive my PC. When it arrived, I was impressed with the way it looked. No visible damage that would have turned me away at all. “When working with a new company, as I just did, one often wonders if they will go the extra mile and if their word (character) is good. I found all of this to be true when working with Jason recently. My desktop computer crashed, and the mother board was severely damaged. The hard drive contained all my business records for 7 years – so yeah, really valuable data.Jason’s first attempt to find the data was unsuccessful. But he did not give up and did some deep scans and after a week he was able to recover all of the data. Jason’s customer service in a word; Tenacious. He just wouldn’t give up.
